BBC Cuts Costs on Talent,Senior Managers

The BBC says it saved money in the last financial year on talent, senior managers and in other areas, and should be able to direct more expenditure to programme making.We know six more senior managers are going in the recent cuts in BBC News but to have 232 people paid more than £100,000 a year seems extraordinary. Talent costs in the current financial year will be driven down further by the departure of Jeremy Paxman and some 5Live presenters.
