Odd comments - lots of praise but no gushing for 10s. Why give it 9 if there's no critique though?

Exactly, if I couldn't find anything critical to say, I'd give a 10.

This whole show is bizzare, I'm discombobulated and I'm not even pissed yet.

I'd be a lot happier if they would just say "...dancing a dance in the style of XYX...", then every dance could officially be a show dance.

Claudia on a roll already! :D

All the people complaining it was camp, naff and cheesy

Yeah, like SCD is every damn week

Seriously have a word with yourselves.

I agree. But everyone is entitled to their opinions. :)

For the first year ever I'm a little bored with strictly. I tune in to see good dancing and beautiful frocks. Not something from a daft show based in a seaside town.

As someone above said, the VTs are comedy now too instead of showing us the training. We don't all watch It Takes Two

It just really angers me the way the judges suck up to Pixie - their darling of the dancefloor. Even when she doesn't do well, they give her high marks.

10 for forks sake, no way - really gone off Pixie now >:(

it might have something to do with her being the best dancer there?

Some nice embellishments to what is quite a boring dance to watch. Score about right.

That was like being on the Small World Ride at Disney.

I was on that ride a couple of days ago in Paris. I can see what you mean.

Strictly used to be tasteful. They've even touched on that a few times over this series. Unfortunately those occasions have been rare.

As long as it isn't 40, or below 35, I don't mind the scores.I'd give 9.5, because I loved it, but wanted more in hold. So basically, a 9 but a 9.5 if I could give one.

I'd agree with that. It could possibly have done with a bit more in hold, but I found it quite enchanting nevertheless.

You clearly didn't like her in the first place.

She did do well but it wasn't as good as her Paso in my opinion.

I think we've lost it forever - just look at DWTS and see what's in store for us - gimmick after gimmick.

This is reminding me of 70s sitcom 'Mind Your Language' where the national stereotyping was off the scale
