So no channels should ever show MASH or Cheers then?

Ha ha ha, you're right! They did show it a lot and for a long time! I'd never, ever realised it until now.

How clever of you to notice.

I adore Friends with a passion, but this is a good move, E4 was just getting stale.

So now we have Scrubs and The Big Bang Theory? (Two more shows I just love) :)

I only watched the first two series back in the 90's, I couldn't take any more after that.

    It's long outstayed it's welcome.

It's on Comedy Central. I don't really see how this changes anything and why it needs countless threads devote to it.

Really? For me, that would be Sex and the city. Awful, awful programme - which is on Comedy Central. Eh?

My wife watches it, so I've probably been 'in the room' when most/all episodes have been on. I think I laughed once....the "I'll kick his ass......" in the final episode.

    Does absolutely nothing for me...

    E4 lol

But I used to love Friends but E4 and everyone else overrated it whitch made me loath it. I have the DVD's but wont be getting them out for a long time yet!

But it did feel a little weird not seeing it listed on E4, but they had the rights to air it till the 30th Sep so i would have thought they would have gone out with a bang and maybe had a friends weekend or maybe the best episodes, but they went out just like that

I think there's plenty of people who would disagree with you.

Yeah it is weird browsing through the channels and no friends anywhere.
I have the box set but I tend to only watch it on TV.
