    Awful, so far.

Smug, self-indulgent and done alot better by so many before.

I'm watching and really want to like it because I really like Sue Perkins, but I'm finding it a bit laboured so far.
Early days though - I'll give it time to get going.

My husband is watching, I didn't think the wrapping up of the cat was very funny. I hope my friend isn't watching she's just had to have her cat put down and she was very upset

I've always found the first episodes of a sitcom a bit laborious.

Made me smile a few times, though, as you say, it's early days!

Mark Heap playing quirky again- Brian, Dr Statham, that neighbour in Friday Night Dinner.

It's getting worse.. Even the brilliant Mark Heap is made unfunny by the writing.

Is Sue Perkins supposed to be annoying and unfunny?

Is that Mad Maya from Coronation Street?

I like it, but the quirkiness of Sarah feels forced.

Not brilliant so far but I've seen worse and it has a good cast so I'm prepared to give it a chance.

    Thank god that's over.

Unrealistic, unlikable characters with a really lame script.. Not for me, thanks.

Not sure the cat gag worked for me but I think there's potential.

It warmed up a bit in the last few minutes, I thought, so hopefully will be better next week now that the scene has been set.

It's working for me so far. Not brilliant, but too many sitcoms have had rough starts for me to write it off at this stage.

It has some interesting quirks:the homosexual elements incorporated without being stereotyped, i.e. part of normal life. You don't get this in any sitcom I've seen.

    I'll watch again.

    It's OK I suppose, for someone who's not a sit-com writer it's a good opening episode.

[ and no gratuitous swearing ]

Yes, always dangerous to judge a new comedy by its first episode as there is so much exposition to do.

Always good to see Nicola Walker in anything.
