Kathy's back in Walford, and she's got a plan to come home permanently...

Episode Spoilers

Kathy tells Phil why she has come to The Arches and begs him to help her. Kathy has a plan to come home properly once and for all, but will she get the support she is looking for from Phil?

Meanwhile, after coming across a suspicious message, has another Walford resident finally discovered the real truth behind what happened to Lucy?

Elsewhere, Pam confronts Les and demands to know what happened between him and Claudette. Les admits that he turned to Claudette after their son Lawrie died, which hurts Pam's feelings. After some words of advice from Carol, Pam returns to Les and asks him to reveal whether he has ever slept with Claudette. How will Les respond?

I posted this elsewhere:
Today the cast list is limited to the Beales, Cokers, Mitchells, Kathy and Carol. I'm thinking that Les' secret may be revealed today and Sharon will probably confront Ian and Jane (I can't see her keeping this to herself).

As for Kathy I'm curious to see as to why she faked her death. I have a feeling Kathy will begin to reveal why to Phil today but be interrupted by Ben coming in so the viewers will have to wait a few days Either that or on Friday when Kathy and Gavin are at the station a bit more will be revealed.

Looking forward to the episode though

I agree but the fact the BBC are not promoting it is the reason. Kathy's return would bring in casual viewers and ex viewers had it been promoted and they knew Kathy was back this week,

However EastEnders last night was up Year on Year (In rating and share)

Have never liked Dean but I like Shirley not all the time but I do think she's funny and really like Linda Henry who plays her, but I would say she's had a lot of screen time this year so no I won't miss her tonight

I'm not surprised, it is so tedious ATM. If it moved any slower it would be standing still. I'm hoping for some development tonight.

it's by no means perfect but I have been enjoying EE a lot more recently. But then I love the Beales and Sharon,

Both characters are pointless tbh. Dean ended when he left x amount of years ago and Shirley was just an extra and her character died along with Heather (Imo). Linda is good but there are far better actors in the show.

That's the biggest issue with EE, the storylines are dragged out and the conclusions to these storylines lack impact.
