No, at least I don't think so.

It is one of those things that should always remain unknown.:)

Which makes it odd that he'd say "who else could it be?" rather than "what else could it be?"

I preferred the ideas being put forward before this episode that it would have been The War Doctor, but hey ho.

Yeah, the crack. That was shown quite clearly in the "I knew it wasn't over" montage.

A ginormous crack, not the same one as in Miracle Day though.

That crack was the biggest crack ever on TV.

Worst part of the episode. Out of everything and everyone the Doctor has faced his biggest fear was a crack that he hadn't seen since The Big Bang 2.

Though he knew the crack was the result of the TARDIS exploding - I can understand him fearing that above everything.

I don't think he ever feared the War Doctor - regretted what he did and loathed that incarnation for it but never feared him.

But at that time he didn't know it was The Time Lords

My interpretation is of the War Doctor witnessing the destruction of Arcadia.

The Doctor never really appeared to be afraid of the time crack, just concerned.
