Spaghetti bolognaise tonight. I'm working hard this weekend to try and prepare for a work trip abroad next week, so tired and so much still to do. Need some decent grub to keep me going!

Last night I had homemade pizza with pepper, cheese and tomato and some garlic bread.

Tonight I did chicken with runner beans in chilli sauce and some creamed coconut milk with noodles.

I'm gonna have a go at home made pizza! Need to go out and get some topping for it but I'm gonna make the dough soon and see how that goes :)

    How did it go ?

I tried making my own pizza a few weeks ago. Never again.

It cost me a forune too as i bought pepperoni, mozarilla (sp) cheese etc ..... But, even though i bought a tomato base to smother on the bases ... they were tasteless.

I had lunch at my dad's so i'm not really hungry at the moment. I'll probably have a sandwich a bit later.

Interesting choice, I love chorizo but would probably not use it for a bangers and mash.

Change of plan as i'm cold so fancied something warm. Have just done cheese on toast using some tiger bread baguette spread with chilli and carrot chutney then topped with cheese and sliced tomato. Mmm!
