Watched this over the weekend, and thought it wasn't that bad. I was quite surprised to see a lot of negativity for it on imdb, and a little disappointed too. Sure it's not perfect, but for a new director trying to offer something a little different and also keeping in mind Hammer's 70's output I thought it did OK.
I was left wanting more from it, which I suppose isn't a bad thing really. I would have liked just a little more meat on the bones, as it ended up feeling a little slight by the end, but it was sufficiently chilling and "British" and 70's inspired to be worth the price of the DVD in the end.
