It's between BBC and Channel 4 for me. Currently I'll have to pick the BBC since E4 is 50% Big Brother live - Watch the amazingness of people sleep! I used to like some of the repeats early in the morning
ITV has nothing on the BBC and Channel 4's channels.
ITV but then considering that they're daytime itv3 shows are mostly bbc shows i suppose you could say i'm partly bbc as well.
For drama i think the itv channels combined have quite a good mix but it's crap as far as documentary is concerned. Thats split between bbc and more4.
Undoubtedly the BBC channels. If I was forced to pick just one channel to watch for the rest of my life it would be BBC1. I'd miss some of the other channels but not as much as if it was the other way round and I had no BBC.
I do like ITV2 for the movies tho and 3 for the old skool programming.
Same here, and it's interesting how most people on this thread who are in favour of ITV are saying pretty much the same thing. ITV's only decent output seems to be films we've seen before or repeats of old shows. The majority of new programming on ITV1 is absolute moronic trash. Apart from occasional gems like Harry Hill's TV Burp the only programme I regularly watch on that channel is Coronation St.
It would be interesting to do another poll asking which are people's favourite channels when it comes to watching brand new shows.

Sky Sports HD 2
Sky One HD
National Geographic HD
Sky and Fox News..... oh, you said 4 lol
ITV has nothing on the BBC and Channel 4's channels.
The C4 group is also pretty good - especially Film4.
ITV are definitely the worst due to mostly trashy programmes.
I must, however commend ITV on their films - particularly on ITV2.
Living
Discovery
National Geographic
BBC Four
It would be BBC but on a mix and match I would say the following:
BBC ONE, BBC THREE, E4 and ITV3
Sky One
Hallmark
FX
Quality programming, the best range of programmes and NO ADVERTS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PROGRAMME, a HUGE plus.
Earlier this year, I would have said I was watching BBC for Allo! Allo! and the marvellous Meerkat Manor.
Channel 4 used to be good but there's only so many American programmes I can take.
So we're saying F1, Millionaire, Poirot, Jeeves & Wooster etc. It's ITV for me (though I don't watch it much)
Bbc2
Bbc3
Bbc4

BBC Three
BBC One
Channel 4
E4
ITV has gone way down hill....
I do like ITV2 for the movies tho and 3 for the old skool programming.
