i need urgent help with Kaspersky anti-virus please

i have 4 days left on my current key, so i renewed online the anti-virus. all was going well till it came to activating it.
now im stuck. it said to download the 09 anti-virus (ive got version 7 currently)...but when i tried to install it, it said that i needed to uninstall my comodo firewall cause it wouldnt work with it.
so i quit installing it. and decided to just renew my key on the current version i have (7) (cause it said you could if you have the same program, ie: anti-virus)....but when i try to install it, it says invalid client number or password.
the activation code is the License key # isnt it? well i copied that correctly, and my id (email) and password are correct. i dont know why it wont work....
can someone please help.....ive no idea what to do.
