    I think this with the name in bold if I think 100%

    Sam = Dexter and Sophie
    Gina = Hazel and Charlie
    Charlie = Gina and Dexter (If is Jackie then Gina will be for sure and maybe )
    Twins = Dexter and Gina (Twins family know they friends with Sophie and Hazel. Twins don't get on to Dexter)
    Hazel = Dexter and Gina
    Sophie = Sam and Dexter
    Dexter = Sam and Hazel (Dexter's Mum will want someone that Dexter has chance of winning over)
