Anyone else tried the new Cadbury Strawberries & Creme bar?

It's actually a strawberry and yogurt bar! Very nice though :)

Just noticed lately that Cadbury seem to be doing similar flavours to Milka chocolate.

Cadburys Strawberries and Creme = Milka Strawberry Yoghurt
Cadbury Dairy Milk with Oreo = Milka with Oreo
Cadbury Golden Biscuit Crunch = Milka Choco Swing

And who makes Milka? Kraft! I did love the Choco Swing bar though and Golden Biscuit Crunch :)

The Milka with Oreo was much nicer than the Cadbury one.

Sounds far too sickly sweet. I'll be avoiding that one.

Yeah, Mondelez seem to be using the same ideas for Milka and Cadbury. Milka Crispello was around for a while and now suddenly, we get Cadbury Crispello too! I suppose now Cadbury is owned by Mondelez we will have more of this sort of thing happening.

Oh yes and now we can add this one to the list:

New Cadbury Crunchums = Milka Snax Cranchitos

The chocolate started tasting disgusting after Kraft starting messing about with it. I stopped buying.

I have noticed no difference whatsoever.

    Same.

The strawberry is good, however slightly disappointed. Why can't they just give us a large Strawberry dream from Roses!

Other countries have strawberry freddos, I was expecting the filling to be of that nature!

I found them in WHSmiths - displayed by the tills rather than with the rest of the chocolate. They've also been spotted in Morrisons and Tesco Express.

I'm sure it won't be long before they're in every supermarket. :)

Same here. No difference whatsoever. Some people such as the previous poster just like attention and standing out, for clearly wrong reasons

Just a quick update on the availability. I've now seen these in Co-Op, Tesco and various local corner shops/convenience stores. All at different prices between £1 - £1.88.

Best price at the moment seems to be Tesco.

    Not great.

Lidl's white chocolate strawberry bar is much nicer.

Ok I'm assuming the price £1 in Tesco and more expensive elsewhere. How much is the price in Co-op?

Yes, it's been spotted at £1 in Tesco, £1.49 in Asda and "on offer" in Co-Op (not sure how much for).

It's worth trying your local newsagents, mine has a big stand of them at the front of the store. Local convenience stores that are branded "Premier Stores", are fantastic for getting new products first.

I got one at a local newsagent for a £1.

I rate it 2/10 for enjoyment. It was very sickly and I usually love rich food but this was not rich, it was just very sweet, all you could taste was sugar. For sweetness, I give it 10/10.

I tried microwaving some of the chocolate and the filling wouldn't melt, WEIRD SCIENCE!

Also like to add the filling was only 1% dried strawberries, it smelled more strawberry than it tasted.

Cadbury in general does not taste like chocolate anymore, it tastes of just sugar.
