Nope, degsy ! They don't look appetising to me and I would say they're very anaemic looking.

    Fat Bitch for me everytime!
    Fat Bitch
cheesesteak with finger, mozzarella sticks French Fries. mayo, ketchup, lettuce and tomato
I'd do that but with bacon
    or this with fries
    Fat Doboy
cheesesteak with finger, mozzarella stick, bacon, mayo, ketchup, lettuce and tomato

But I do like the look of these
    Fat Phillipino
cheesesteak with finger, mozzarella sticks, gyros meat, French Fries, white sauce, lettuce and tomato
    Fat Dad
cheesesteak, with gyros meat, French Fries, white sauce, lettuce and tomato
they're similar to the kebab wraps I get after a night out
donner/chicken, chips, cabbage lettuce onion, garlic & chilli sauce.

Cheesesteak with gyros sounds like heart attack on a plate. But it sounds good.

Would you know, I had to change the zoom level of my screen, because I thought I might have been reading it wrong ( has happened quite a lot recently) :)

    It's also called Amchur/Aamchur/Amchoor powder/spice.

I haven't seen it around here but I did manage to pick up some Chaat Masala
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chaat_masala

I know it's not the same but it does contain mango powder and does have a more tangy taste than other masala powders that i've had.

I've read you can substitute lemon or lime for it. I wonder if you could use lemon pepper?

I actually prefer chat masala over mango powder for chips.

I used to have a 'thing' about ....

Oven chips piping hot with grated cheese sprinkled over and a 'salad' of cold tinned sweetcorn, chopped red peppers and hellmans :p

It was my very fave comfort food :D

I haven't thought about it for years but this thread reminded me.

How about chips with cucumber dip sauce? You can get cucumber dip sauce from Asda.

My sister and I used to love chips with vegetable soup poured over the top - it had to be Heinz though, or it wouldn't taste right :)

i still have it now if in need of comfort food

Watched a show the other day with a chef visiting a nubian tribe in Eygpt.

Even with their hundreds of years of food culture good ole chips have found their way into a breakfast dish :D
