  You need to connect your sky+hd box to the Internet. There's three ways you can do this:
  Either using an Ethernet cable directly into your router if its near your box.
  Using home plugs, these are devices which are plugged into a electric socket, one would be next to your router and the other next to the sky box. The router and sky box would then be connected to the home plugs using an ethernet cable. The Internet connection would then travel through your houses electric wiring.
  
  Or you can use a wireless bridge. This is a small device which connects to your sky box via Ethernet cable, it then connects to your router via wireless. Sky sell there own known as the sky wireless connector.
  
  Once you've connected your box to the Internet you may need to activate ondemand through mysky on sky's website.
