Any reason why she shouldnt? Joe insured his life and was killed accidently falling from his boat. Suicide was never suggested by the police. The case revolved round the bump on his head.
I work in insurance and as he did die by accident, the company should pay out
however they would have to receive a claim first from gail and claims have to be backed up by medical and other evidence which the Insurance Company would look for so if there was an issue with her forged signature etc, then the company would be legitiimately entitled to refuse to pay out
