9200 recordings failing in odd way

Recently a large majority of my recordings are failing. They record the programme and you can watch it while it is on using timeshift but they don't put the recording into the list and they say they are recording either channel 1 or 9 no matter what the programme. I have tried a channel delete and a manual retune, any other ideas?
