  No, but she probably will be Monday as she was filming yesterday, David mentioned as such on Radio 2 and her body double tweeted a picture of herself arriving at the studio.

  There's always hope that the announcement that she would be in the special was erroneous, and that instead we will be seeing the return of a preferable "proper" companion from Classic Who - I don't know, Mel or Adric perhaps.

  Billie has been holiday for two weeks. David Tennant said she was on set yesterday and Billie's body double was on set too.

  Of course a huge amount of the episode could and probably will be filmed on sets/sound stages/in studio and hence it's impossible to tell how much of a role anyone is playing.
  
  The only things that seem fairly certain are that Matt and Jenna are going to be in it a lot as the primary Doctor and his companion.

  Geez, do we need to see every single cast member shooting a scene? And dedicate a forum topic to each? It's gonna take all the fun out of watching the 50th. In November!

  Just because they were announced together doesn't mean they are returning together, but I expect they will share a few scenes together. Filming evidence of DT seems to point to Rose coming from a different era altogether, especially since 10 will definitely be meeting Eleven and Clara and John Hurt's character in a different time zone of which Billie was not seen at, at all!

  She wasn't. She was papped in London with her husband and children on Wednesday. And she didn't film on Tuesday (DT did) and she didn't film on Monday either as Matt and Jenna did. And she didn't film on Wednesday either (Matt, David, Jenna and John filmed did). So she wasn't in Cardiff all last week. She was there from Thursday onwards however.
