I cooked a silverside joint of beef, following the instructions I found on this forum, in the slow cooker. On high for an hour and then on low for 8 hours, I have never tasted beef that was so tender and done to perfection, unfortunately forgot the yorkies:(

    Began with A Toasted tortrilla
with a big bowl heaped assorted tossed salad
mainly made with ~ parsley lettuce and thyme
topped with a good artistic squiggle of salad cream
then all that topped with Heinz beans and cottage cheese and grated Motzarella cheese

just now had another heap of salad [as above ~but doused with half a fresh lime~ juiced and salad cream]
topped with hot Admiral's Fish pie~ yummmmmmm !!

meals always followed by a nice tall mug of tea :)
