Cleo 'Its time to get the knives out'

Cleo said that Last night just before Cleo, Jo, Danni and Ian went to bed. This was in response to something Ian said.

Ian told the group that Dirk had told Shilpa some lies in his stories and now regretted it. Ian said that now Dirk wished he hadn't.

Two things really, l have seen Ian as a fair person but they way he just dropped it in last night made me wonder if its his push to win and the glee on Cleos face as she found something to use against Dirk.

Watch your back Dirk is all l can say.

I can't even think why Dirk would be bothered about anything he said, why he would tell Ian about his stories and why Ian would suddenly decide to discuss Dirk.

Unless Ian is cooking up a little surprise of his own as he knows that there is so much hatred between Cleo and Dirk.

Cleo should get the knife out- and use it on herself first. ;)

I think Dirk has lived long enough not to have to make up stories, I don't trust Ian.

Yeah, l thought it was a wierd thing to do, from Ian. In fairness to him tho there was a long sound cut as the girlies 'discussed Dirk' so might of been something that prompted him there. It was unlike Ian tho who has been fair imo to most housemates.

Its the first time l have doubted Ian. He was looking very down and went into the DR but l think he was tired. He has surprised me and l think it could be the final push from Cleo today, she isn't going to leave it alone. She said she hates liars and l have a feeling she will tell Shilpa, which will be a shame.

Perhaps Shilpa will come through for us one more time and instead of listening to the stirring, will tell Cleo that a. It does not matter and b. To not carry tales.

    Well, we can hope. ;)

Cleo's had her knives out for Dirk since Friday, I'm sick of Channel 4 not showing this properly, they really do have a pack mentality that gang and Dirk is the target poor guy.

Dirk was like his old self yesterday but I guess he's in for another day of nastiness from the gang and Ch 4 will get some more shots of him looking fed up.

Dirk to win despite the coven and Ch 4 not wanting him to.

I think it's obvious that Cleo is a quite a few knives short of a full set of cutlery.

Cleo has been after Dirk since she got the message that he doesn't like her.

She'll jump on anything anyone says and use it...and Ian probably spoke in all honesty with no malice, but that won't stop Cleo.

I really hope so, It would be a shame if their friendship was ruined by what l can only see as pure malice.

It will give the H/Ls something else to use against Dirk again tho, just that small conversation is enough to make him look bad.

    Its a shame.

I hate to think what Cleo means by getting the knives out, thought she was using them already, must of been using spoons and working up to the the final plunge in the back.

I believe it was in defence of Dirk and him talking about porn. Ian was trying to say, take some of the things that Dirk says with a pinch of salt. But of course that bypassed Cleo and Jo's warped sense of reality and they once again latched onto some fabricated reason to hate him more. Sad, bitter women.

Oh yes, that could explain Ian saying that. They were laying into Dirk but most of it was sound cut. Won't make any difference to the outcome tho will it :(

Oh it could have been that as it came up in the quiz. And he probably regrets it because when it suits them they take his jokes and turn them on him. Even though at the time they clearly knew he was joking.

Poor guy they are really trying to sap the fun right out of him aren't they? Maybe because they know he will be more popular than them and they can't target Shilpa now.

I think Dirk is cute grumpy or funny so hopefully the knives will bounce right off him and find more worthy targets.

What is her obsession with the porn comment? It wasn't bad at all and he said it was a joke pretty quickly, it was only in retort to the girls asking if he misses sex. I wonder what the girls said to Cleo. She should also realise they aren't kids, what comes out of their mouths is far worse.

Just seems to me, all three of them need a victim.

i dont think dannielle sees whats going on with the dirk bashing. she in my opinion likes dirk so i dont think she realises they are being nasty, she is following once again but this time without knowing it. with shilpa she knew full well so no excuses.
jo and cleo are nasty peices of work, dirk knows their game, hes got their cards marked. and he wouldnt stoop to their level , hes a much better person than that.

I thought from the WHATM that it was that he had had a son at 24 that he did not raise or know about until the boy was 18?

They were also going back to the 'porn collection' thing as Dirk did not think, naturally, that porn was the 'thing he missed most after his children', seeing it was a joke he made at the time.

He says this stuff for what we Irish would call 'divilment' and it goes right over their heads, but these HMs are either too thick to get dry asides, or have their own agenda about everything he says anyway (the nu-coven)

Cheek of Cleo - immediately claiming his jokespiel or even life-story omissions are 'deceptive'. This is a woman who has to hide behind a character to either cop a feel or carry out her real desire to 'break' someone.

Always happens tho, wrong tales told and wrong impressions given, poor Shilpa is in for a shock when she comes out. Although if Cleo does say something I think Shilpa would talk to Dirk about it.

Oh yes you could be right because I can remember Dirk saying to the girls he did not have any porn.

I wonder what lies Ian meant. I'd rather see Cleo and Jo get the knives out on Dirk for no reason whatsoever (and have it shown that way on the H/L to make them look even worse than they already are) than for Dirk to have really lied to Shilpa about something big and getting away with it.

Watced a bit of the Live feed last night and during the quiz they (Cleo & Jo/Danielle) went on at Dirk about talking about porno and Jermaine kept saying he didn't say porno he said piano ... you could see Dirks face go grey with dread as JJ was defending him, but he kept saying that he was only joking and had to explain himself to Jermaine that he did talk about it, but only as a joke.

I'm sure I heard Jo say something about Dirk digging a deeper hole for himself.

I really hope that during the H/L tonight that Dirk comes across as the persecuted :(

He also admitted to Jo the other evening that he doesn't actually shoot bears. That was another story to get a rise out of them :)

Exactly. She's nothing more than an unfunny pervert. Bitter and malicious woman.

And he didn'y really stop washing for 4 days! (even if the Sun thinks it's true)

But it all seems harmless stuff compared to what the coven discuss

:D , bit of a relief to hear that, as it didn't sit well with this fellow vegetarian. I did wonder, as he explicitly said that turkeys liked crossing his land because they knew they'd be safe!

Yes, l saw that. l did wonder when he said that wild turkeys roamed his land because they knew he wouldn't shoot them. Think the only thing he does is fish.

Bet he wished he had never joked about porn now and trust BB to bring it up in the quiz.

I just hope he can rise above it.

All this hatred of Dirk by the coven stems from when Dirk said to Jo "Keep her (Cleo) away from me". He was talking about when she went into one of her silly characters, at that time it was when she was running around with her coat as a cape shouting 'Gynoman' (or something like that). Jo obviously misinterpreted his remark (or misunderstood it). This left Cleo convinced that Dirk thought she fancied him and he didn't want anything to do with her when it was her silly characters he didn't like. When she first did her Tiara thing early on in the show, Dirk was sat with Leo and said "Women like that scare me".

Dirk tried to let Cleo know his feelings when she changed back into her ordinary clothes after the Tiara episode with him. He walked past her in the bedroom and said "Hello, Cleo". Anyone with half a brain should have got that message "I'm alright with you as Cleo, but not your pathetic comedy act aimed at trying to humiliate me".

When are these women going to get some brains?
