Why will my iPod Touch not play iPlayer?

Does anyone have this problem as well? It loads fine and the "Press to play" comes up but then it does nothing - a wee sort of play button is on the screen though. It is just faint.
Any ideas?

As far as I can work out its a problem at the BBC end.
If you give it an hour or two it seems to work itself out.
