So healthwise Penny are you ok?
I'm quite happy to have my lozenges for however long I need them, but wonder if it's bad for my heart as nicotine increases your heart rate.

So confused  but so happy that I've done so well.

Touch wood I'm 100% healthy .........I stopped drinking 9 months ago too and I'm pretty much tip top.

I will try to give up the chewies probably in the new year but TBH - it doesn't cause me too many probs being addicted.

I think I'll carry on with the lozenges until at least the end of January, then I'll perhaps gradually cut down over a couple of months until I'm on one a day, then half a day, then none.

In all the dozens of previous failed attempts I've always assumed breaking the habit itself has been my downfall, but I'm already out of the habit thankfully. Finally realising it's the addiction, not the habit, is the key to my strength and I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to start again. I'm almost evangelical about these amazing lozenges!!!
