Breakfast..cereal, ( animal shapes ), with raisins, chopped bit of apple and few chopped grapes and juice
Lunch...A chicken thigh roast dinner( which went 3 ways ).( chicken thighs, stuffing, roast potatoes, sweetcorn and peas, and cauliflower cheese, and gravy )..all the trimmings lol....I down sized my plates for little side plates and the dinner did 3..normally it would have done 2 ways but i cutting back and being healthy ( diet and losing weight )..So now i have 2 dinners, one for tom after work, and other will go for another day..Feel better and not that ''full bloaty feeling''
Chicken in mushroom and tarragon cream sauce (homemade) with mash (not homemade), 16 pieces of Toffiffee, small tin of Heinz macaroni cheese, chocolate soya milk, Lucozade Sport Light, Ting drink.
Breakfast - Boiled egg sandwiches with brown sauce
Lunch - Tuna and cucumber sandwiches
Tea - Steak and feta salad with new potatoes, orange jelly for dessert
Supper - Chicken in white sauce with peas and ketchup

I just went our for a curry at Wetherspoons today, certainly I have had better curries - either homecooked or from a proper Indian.. The naan bread at Wetherspoons is shite, so is the rice, and they used to do a "Luxury Curry" for £1 extra in their Thursday curry club.. now they stopped doing it
Began with a massive Parsley mint tomato red onion celery cucumber carrot lettuce salad topped with a yummy cottage pie with mango relish and salad cream
then...
toasted crust of bread with raspberry jam
then a full juicy sweet rock melon
and lastly 2 yummy fried egg sandwiches
with fried red onion and tomato sauce ~s&p

mini lasagne and caramel yogurt
one coffee and drinking lots of water today ( done quite well ,just tomorrow to get through lol)

Lunch: Quinoa, Almond, broccoli and poppyseed salad on lettuce leaves and sliced tomato.
A multi-grain bagel with sweet chilli cream cheese.
Snack: A skinny cappuccino and a bitesize oat biscuit
Dinner: Chicken, Onion, Mushroom & Tomato Tikka Masala with brown rice.
Snack: Raspberries
Lunch - Ryvita Crispbreads (3), Tomatoes,Cucumber,Ham
Tea - Oven Chips and Scampi, Strawberries& Vanilla Ice cream
Later , Red Grapes
Lunch: cheese and beetroot sandwich on brown bread, more fruit salad and coffee
Mid afternoon: Pepsi max and a toffee crisp
Dinner: homemade spaghetti bolognaise and garlic bread then more fruit

Afternoon snack: Sugar ring doughnut
Dinner: Sausage sandwich, packet of crisps, a yoghurt and a few bites of my big bar of jelly & poppy candy dairy milk
Lunch: Ham & cheese muffin, pancake, ready salted crisps, 1 square of chocolate and bottle of water
Dinner: 2 cod cakes, chips, peas, diluted blackcurrant juice. Followed by cup of coffee and 2 ginger nuts.

Phileas Fogg cheese/deli crisps.
me too..i have ditched the sweet stuff and have fruit instead
