Just a reminder for everybody that the Pop around the clock concerts are again repeated on 3Sat this coming Saturday 1st May. They were first shown at the New Year and the line up, times etc are as per the link (just paste in):

Wish 3Sat would get on to the Sky platform!

Personally, I think the line-up of "Pop around the clock" is pretty boring. More or less the same artists every year, and a lot of them are well beyond their sell-by date.
I wish they'd show acts like Amy MacDonald, Lily Allen, Kosheen, Moloko/Roisin Murphy, Goldfrapp, Faithless, Underworld, The Prodigy, etc.
Richtig. I agree, it's basically the same line up every time, if I see Tina Turner one more time I will get Ike to sort her out again:D
I do like the ZDF kultnacht every new year though
I was thinking the same,when I saw this year's lineup.
I'd have liked to see some mainland European acts (Unheilig,Falco,Fanta 4),and did contact 3sat,lat year,with that request.

sorry i did'nt , well i did but last years also was not as good as previous years, think i scrapped it, not sure if i have previous ones on DVD, i was in "transit" last year and i cant remember what i bought back with me, left a lot of stuff behind, must look

It was last years,that I wanted.
Set it to record,but my pvr behaved badly.
Hopefully it will be repeated again.

Have looked forward to this event (and the Mayday one too) for a few years now - pity the Beeb don't have a similar event
As you probably have FTA receivers with multi-sats and channels, do what I do and have the Red Button tuned in and located next to BBC 3 & 4 in my channel list, its quite handy when channel surfing.
