You wake up the morning after you have had a load to drink, then look at your phone and realise you have rang up your ex. I havnt got a clue what iv said but he wont speak to me today. He is ignoring my calls and blanking my texts. I feel rough as toast as it is. We have a child together so we are still in contact and on good terms, well we were untill after last night lol.

Spoiler Alert - You still having feelings for you ex.
The thing is i dont tho. Weve been split up for a couple of years now and iv never rang him up drunk. I just need to know what iv said but hes ignoring me which is making it worse.
Iv done all that hes now switched his phone off.
I think that's the problem that needs addressing.
As the day progresses you may have a few very unwelcome and cringe making flashbacks to remind you..
I've been there, to my shame, not nice.
Give him a couple of days and he'll probably be all too ready to spell out every last detail.
Meantime try to be kind to yourself ... it happens sometimes to the best of us
I dont drink very often any more. I just meant to have one or two drinks which turned into loads. I was on my own as well and iv still managed to upset someone. I shouldnt drink. Im one of these people that that gets a bit loud and i spill secrets. Not good.
The phone is off because your victim is also extremely hung over and is barely capable of boiling the kettle, let alone remembering which way round a phone is supposed to go.
Stuff like this, always leave it until after lunch!
Turn off your phone and turn off the internet before you tie one on in future!
I wouldnt mind but when i checked how long i was on the phone for it was only about 2 mins. How can i upset someone in such a short space of time lol.
lol, are you like 16, lol.
#lol
What you said, depending on exact state at the time, could have been anywhere between extreme offence and extreme over-friendliness with a dash of melancholy and lots of shouting and loud music in the background. Or mostly muffled if you sat on your phone.
Almost two minutes or exactly two minutes? How long do we get when leaving voicemails these days?
Did you even intend to dial that number? Depending on who you did mean to call the bigger question is whether you forgot the prawn crackers, garlic bread or pan-fried goats nostrils when making the order.
Why would you think im 16?lol. Im 34.
I nominate you for mother of the year!

what a silly remark she drunk dialed an ex didn't leave her kids starving or beat them
Getting so hammered that they don't know what is being done or said when a parent is not something I would think is a good idea.
I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that the child was with a babysitter or grandparent, but it's still irresponsible.
A late night dash to A&E wouldn't have been possible it seems if the child had suddenly been taken ill or had an accident.
pffff killjoy she had a night off from her kids and had a few its hardly crime of the year
someone needs a chill pill
Excuse me!! I find your comments a bit rude. My son was staying with his grandma for the night so i had a drink. So what you saying that no parents should ever have a drink and enjoy themselves when they have free time, just in case their child has an accident. You cant live life like that.
Because of the odd usage of the term 'lol'.
#rofl
It's a bit naive of you to think that once a person becomes a parent, that getting hammered becomes an absolute no-no.
I'm not saying that, but you sounded totally incapable and obviously weren't thinking.
Again, I didn't say that.
Awww thanks:) x
The comments were daft and very over the top you aren't a bad parent, your child was with its grandparent. Ive drunk dialed an ex i feel for you today x the shame sets in and when you cant remember and you dont know what it is youre apologising for! been there.
