Start annoying threads with lots of dots?

Come across posts and wonder what that plonker was on? - and then realise it was you?

Although I have to say I haven't done that for a while.

What are you forumfoibles?

    I have no foibles.

    They've been surgically removed.

    The dots don't bother me as much as the ones that I read and reread and still don't have a Scooby what's going on.

    My foible is starting threads on topics that have had an impact on me that day. To other people's total indifference. It's like telling a bunch of teenagers about my ideal playlist.

    Have to say in the world of ellipses and dots I have more of an opinion about these >>>>>>> !!!!!!!!!

    They get so much abuse.One day we will wake up and they will have all been used up.

    I hate thread titles that deliberately don't tell the reader what they're about.

    It's almost like saying 'My thread is so shit that if I'm up-front about its purpose, no f**ker will bother reading it'

    I think those threads entice people in and once they are in, no one says anything, especially the thread starter, then you all look at each other, fidget and hope some one else is the first to leave.
