Here's a twist. Does anyone else out there use their home cinema setup (DVD with built in 5.1 speakers) to listen to the telly? if so have they had any success getting the V+ Remote to work with it?

Any advice? I'm trying a new panasonic, but I'm not holding out hope for the codes given here given they'd probably want them to be different from the TVs they make...

Oh, not much of a twist as 2 people have already asked. Still, any advice would be great :D

    Thanks for starting this thread.

When my V+ was installed on Saturday the engineer didn't mention anything about this so was a bit baffled as to why my remote didn't change the volume!

    All sorted now :)

The Wikipedia link seems to have gone:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_known_V%2B_remote_codes

It is now only a stub.

The remote works fine with my Toshiba TV, but as i go through a Pioneer amp for sound, this isn't really much use.

I have tried the Pioneer codes, but these have no effect on the amp volume.

Is it possible to set it to do the amp volume from the remote?
I would have thought its not that uncommon to use amps now days?

    Thanks

Has anyone had any joy with the code for a Pioneer Amp?

Bugger I thought I'd finally come across the right code for my Eveshame 32" but the 395 code don't work :( either 0395 or 9350.

My mum has the PACE normal Digi Box (one with 2 card slot in front not little door) and the orginal Silver SA TVDRIVE she can control both TV's for Volume and Mute, can she do more ?, there is no * on the TVDRIVE remote, only HELP and TEXT buttons, to be able to turn TV on and OFF would be great.
