Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, I'm sure I'll be told if it isn't.
Anyway, Orange seem to be joining the likes of Vodafone and BT Cellnet, by letting Pay as you go customers use their phones abroad!
Orange Customers phone 452, and choose option 6. I beleive this is free to call from your Orange phone.
