yeah fairly strong language , not sure I believe a word modi says however , regardless of how much of a **** I think giles Clarke is. Modi has a few chips on his shoulder and could be trying to get some revenge after his attempts to go behind the ECB's back a few years ago got stopped.

I just hope he fits in with the team . We're going quite well at the moment

Looks like he will make his comeback next Friday in the televised Roses T20 game

that would be my concern , is he worth a spot in the team after all this time away from the game at the top level or is it just a bit of a ploy to get more people into the ground ?

you would hope if hes getting picked its for cricket reasons not commercial ones

Wow - I don't think Chennai will be able to get near this target - scoreboard pressure is likely to lead to wickets tumbling.

well they have made a great start , 56-1 after 4 overs

    Edit

Sir Clive in his heyday would have been proud of that pick up and throw

TBF he will be picked ahead of someone like Jordan Clark or Andrea Agathangelou. We're not talking good players here, and they haven't done that much this season. That's the thing with t20 you can easily perform with passengers because the game is so short. I don't think he'll be much of a liability, if at all.

That was a very poor innings from McCullum. He ran Reina out then has run very badly since. It looked like his brain was scrambled.

    Oh no another wicket :(

Jarrod kimber said Modi wanted Clarke or Srinivasan to sue him, so he can present all his evidence in court, apparently Modi has enough Evidence to destroy Srinivasan and take Clarke down alongside him.

He hasn't apologised for the comments. Just for breaking the agreement on confidentiality.

    You beat me to it.

I guess until now they have worked around any settlement so as to promote the regime.
I never listened to the interview, mainly because the headlining snippet I heard aired came across as so childish from Downton. It simply confirmed scapegoating.

England win the toss and invite Sri Lanka to bat. Matthews says he would have done the same

    England unchanged

    Sri Lanka have 2 changes
K Perera and Mendis in for Chandimal and Herath
