DIY Physiotherapy.
Four weeks ago I spit my wrist in two and was in hospital for a couple of nights,
it hurt.
I came home with a plaster on.
Two weeks later they gave me a pull off splint, and told me to do some exercises.
Well just doing things have helped and I can now open a bottle, tie a bin bag, type and 'nearly' be able to put my hair up .
I am due back on the 11th April to check me out, but inbetween then the dr said I had to have physiotherapy. Fair enough, It is just funny that my first appointment will be Wed 13th April?
The thing is I am just getting through the pain 'because I have to do things', probably the best way.
Getting to the point, does anyone know what is the best way to reat a wrist with wires etc.
I just thought some might have some tips.:) I just don't want to be making it any worse.
