he wants the case dismissed due to the leaked pictures on tmz stating 'Leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct'
the new date for the trial is the 28th of may and a possible plea deal may be reached by then
so it looks like tmz whilst on their high horse could have made it worse for rihanna
But the judge ordered for rihanna to get the jewels back
