I am not surprised people are speculating though, considering the total lack of information. Not just about the anniversary, but about series 7b.
If someone did indeed say that on Twitter and Facebook, then I would be more inclined to believe them than anything Moffat comes out with. If he said rain was wet, I would have to have corroborating evidence.
One of the few people with sense. Unless either the BBC or Moffat actually state that someone is coming back, I will assume no one is coming back until it is officially stated otherwise. Tweets are speculation do not count.
