I watched it when it first started but I got annoyed with the Shaggy/Velma relationship. I watched a couple of episodes recently though and I've gotten used to the new style and the story arc is really interesting, although I did get spoiled because this was the new season! It's also really funny as well so I'm going to start watching from the beginning and catch up.
At least they seem to be showing the episodes in the right order now.
A few months back Boomerang started to show. Season 2 but only got up to episode 5, The Hodag of Horror. After that they started showing episodes in no order whatsoever.
they just started showing the 2nd half of the series 2 on cartoon network unfortunately Cartoon Network has axed it.
What CN seems to do is show a block of 5 new episodes then show a tonne of old episodes in seemingly random order before showing more new episodes without prior warning

With all the other incarnations of Scooby Doo it wouldn't matter what order they're shown in but it's vital with this one due to the ongoing story arc

It wasnt axed. It was always planned to have a finite 52 episode run.
Why do cartoon series only seem to run for a maxium of 52 episodes? Is it because the demographic changes so quickly?
Thankfully the ongoing story arc was resolved in the final episode
