Series starts bbc4 sat 16 November with a double episode.

Thought I start a thread.

Who is excited?

I met Sidse in June at Nordic festival. She is class and a very humble lovely lady.

Very slim and beautiful much better in the flesh.

Thanks for the heads up - I love Borgen but had no idea Series 3 was due to kick off soon.

So this ia going to be shown before The Bridge series 3? I hoped we'd see TB first then Borgen early-ish next year. I'm dying to see The Bridge!

Not sure if this counts as a spoiler but just to be on the safe side
Lars Mikkelsen aka Troels Hartmann from the first season of The Killing will be appearing in this season of Borgen

Can't wait. Hope there's plenty of Hanne Holm (Benedikte Hansen) in this series, too. What she hasn't seen isn't worth writing about :D

Do love a bit of Borgen.

It's a strange one too because I generally watch shows I like via the internet rather than wait as I'm an impatient so-and-so, but as there are no accurate subtitled Borgen's out there waiting for BBC's broadcast is the only thing I can do!

Cannot wait and it'll be sad when it ends for good.

PS: I assume this won't be broadcast in HD as there's no slot now, nor will BBC Four HD be up and running too. Shame if so.

 thats not on, surely there is other international drama they could have shown to delay Borgen until it could be shown properly.

Do they have it on I player?

First series I missed the end and could not find on I player and had to buy the DVD.

Series 2 you mean? They`re still making it IIRC so it`ll be Borgen first.

    There`s usually a mid-week repeat.

Yes. Sometimes I watched episodes twice (once on the iplayer) to catch nuances as I did with other Scandi dramas.

Really looking forward to this. I loved the 1st & 2nd series. I didn't think it will return so soon, so this is a great surprise. :):)
