Ipod error 13010!!!

Hi. Just been adding some music to my ipod which had ALOT of music on it, before the itunes froze and came up with this error code 13010. I clicked ok and restarted itunes before realising that ALL my music had vanished from my ipod!!! :mad:

I've tried scanning the problem and everytime it says it's fixed it freezes again and the music I re-add vanishes again.

Don't know what to do, but I'm not happy.
