Nice to see Ainsley on our screens again and I think this is the perfect program for him. He's so passionate about food.

I'm really enjoying this program. The Turkish food looks amazing. I'm not sure about the sheeps head, though. I like trying different things but I draw the line at my meal having teeth.

Very interesting and enjoyable show.

I don't find sheep's heads on my streets. A few loose chips before the rats get them and tramps roasting a pigeon over a hot dustbin, maybe. Look forward to the ratatouille, the pigeon pie and the seagull surprise.

Saw this in the listings half way through the programme so have downloaded it for future viewing.

It was surprising but nice to see his name.

I think it's on the wrong channel. I love the Caribbean and can't wait to get 'home' and eat proper food

That restaurant's food must be super good for them to have the guts to serve it a mini toilet.

Only watched the first and have a few negative comments.

Harriot with his 1920s camera? A decent smartphone would take better pictures.

I don't like the way he tries his own recipies on the locals. You're there to show off their food. Just do that. We don't want or need to know how you would improve it.

and I can't believe Harriot did this but the use of broken English and shouting to the foreigners. It was embarrassing.

You've not heard of cameras like Hasselblad?

How do you know that the premise of the show isnt about Ainsley cooking some twist on local dishes?

Every other celeb chef cooks on their food travels.
There isnt much point having a celeb chef if they dont cook themselves.

I always found him a bit "camp" on "Ready Steady".
He's fallen off the telly radar.
Street food was covered really well in the series by Andy Bates.

Anthony Bourdain does his hardest not to cook on his documentaries. He goes to places to see how they cook and he lets them get on with it.
