Your best Doctor Trait?

Was just thinking back over the classic series today and was thinking of the quirky little traits and characterisations that run though some if not all of The Doctors.
Like the fact that he doesn't like saying goodbye, or he disappears of the scene quite quickly without being noticed. That he's also a rebel and he hates computers.
And the best one of all, his namedropping. That one is still going on!!!
So with other traits do you like about The Doctor and what old ones would you like to see return that don't get used anymore? What's your fave namedrop of all time? Mine is the Shakespeare one from City Of Death....'I told him not to write that!'
