I have just gotten into sweet making: As of yesterday with some very successful mashmallos that I made yesterday and have stuffed the lot already.
Seems all these sugar recopies call for a heavy bottomed pan and the only thing I had was the bottom part of an old pressure cooker. It worked well, but is a little large for the small quantities that I make. Only about 1cm of the bottom was covered.
So where is the best place to get a small heavy bottomed saucepan that won't cost me tens of pounds as it's some top on the range cookware?
Turkish Delight next!

This is their small one, I got them in the sales.
I was going to recommended this range, too! They are excellent....I bought the whole range when they were on half price offer
They conduct heat brilliantly; I think one would be perfect for your needs, OP.
