Sky Voicemail plus

I was under the impression that Sky Voicemail was free, but Voicemail Plus was £2.50 per month, and that the only difference was that you could retrieve calls remotely.
As I don't need that, I got in touch with Sky and got them to take Voicemail Plus off, but I assumed that it would revert to standard Voicemail -ie, without the remote access, but the voicemail has gone completely.
Depsite calling Sky on 18th of Aug, I'm still waiting to get Free 1571 added?
Anybody else had same issue?
