I can't believe so many people got fired for not planning a business in a field with experience when Bianca basically did just that.
What's more, it's evident that her business plan was incomplete and no market research was done because she's talking about tights for £35 and 30 different colour range with different weights/sizes of each.
That#s a HUGE range of stock for a shop to carry - it's unfeasable for a retailer to stock. Manufacturers also have minimum production volume per variety so she'll have to purchase at least 1000 stockings of each colour, size & weight. That's going to amount to million pounds of inventory right off the bat.

I can't help but think if there was such a market for Bianca's tights then someone would've already done it, and if it were to prove fruitful a bigger player could produce copies for a less than a £1.
