    Wednesday 8th January ~Mild most of the day
    ~became rainy @ dusk


    Noon
    Out to collect 3 items~will deliver items tomorrow
    :) Saw & Gave belated Xmas tip to George :)

    Then = To Morrison's for stock up on mainly fruit n veg
    Then = To Dobbie's to use one of January's Garden club hot drink Vouchers

    3pm @ Dobbie's
    Had a good wander around
    Then had
    A Bowl of yummy chips with 2 slices of bread & butter
    added
    2 vinegar /one tomato /2 salad cream sachets
    with a 2 cup pot of tea with milk & sugar

    Home unpacked in the dark and the rain

    6pm
    Had Morrison's 2 juicy clementines
    & 2 gala sweet crispy and juicy kid's size apples
    Then half a tin of cold butter beans
    [ to try out my new style can opener ]

    Later will probably have ...
    A WW's Fruit yogurt
    & maybe one or two carrots with houmous

    Got some Vegemite ~today
    as lately have begun having hot water drinks
    ~using vegemite & Marmite

    to try and cut down on some calories

    Breakfast: Porridge with blueberries, sunflower seeds and dessicated coconut

    Snack: A latte

    Lunch: Quinoa and edamame bean salad with houmous from Pret A Manger. A banana

    Dinner: 2 Venison sausages, 4 bitesize onion bhajis, homemade carrot and Swede mash

    Snack: Handful of dried mixed food

    Breakfast - Glass of Tropicana and 2 Asda garlic & herb dough balls

    Snack - 2 Lindt truffles

    Lunch - A veggie wrap and small onion rings from Burger King

    Snack - grapes

    Dinner - Aunt Bessie veggie toad in the hole. And 4 Asda garlic & herb dough balls :blush:

    Snack - Two champagne truffles

    Breakfast: 2 bananas and carrot, apple, celery and kale juice

    Lunch: Skipped lunch! Had a dentist appointment and spent my lunch break there...

    Snack: sweet and spicy popcorn (Metcalfe's I think it was called?) and some dates

    Dinner: Avocado salad. I ate too much of it :-/ with an orange and carrot juice.

    "Snack": 4 apples, 1 carrot, 1/2 lemon and 1 courgette juice!

    Yesterday I had:

    Breakfast: Porridge with blueberries and honey, cup of coffee
    Mid-morning: Green Tea, almonds, couple of crackers
    Lunch: Vegetable soup, crackers and peanut butter
    Dinner: Lemon and coriander couscous with chicken and avocado
    Snack: 3 fig rolls and a cup of herbal tea.

    Today will be the same except prawn curry for dinner, and a colleague made a delicious sweet bread type thing and left two pieces on my desk - there went my diet!

    Last night = Wednesday~I did not have ...
    A WW's Fruit yogurt
    & maybe one or two carrots with houmous

    I actually had ...
    A large Wiltshire ham salad including lots of fresh Parsley
    & a whole red capsicum
    celery tomatoes red onion carrot cucumber
    and a yummy sprinkling of :p the zest of a lemon :p
    and some Of Morrison's mash made from carrot turnip and potato
    and big swirl of salad cream
    2 slices of WW's brown bread

    Also
    3 more of Morrison's 'Fun sized' yummy apples
    & 2 of their Clementines
    ==================================

    Today = Thursday 9th January 2014 ~Sunny & Mild~

    Last night [ Left FROZEN VEG to thaw overnight]

    A FULL bag of Morrison's FROZEN
    Cauliflower
    Half a bag of their petit pois
    half a bag of runner beans
    half a bag of their diced turnip

    1pm
    Cooked and ATE Half a stalk of Fresh Brussel Sprouts :p
    Had just cooked the thawed ^^^ Frozen veg
    with half a red onion
    5 cherry tomatoes
    and a good sprinkle of dried sage and basil

    1-15pm
    Had a large bowl of that ^^^
    ~with a yummy brown onion gravy~
    with added tomato relish & horseradish sauce

    ..and a fun sized apple

    Later I intend to eat ...
    The remainder of the veg with gravy

    a yogurt and a salad with a red capsicum
    more ham & 2 slices of WW's bread & salad cream
    and the other half of the turnip carrot mash

    My 1st fasting day (5:2 eating plan)
    B - nothing
    L - 1 egg cheese omelette , new potatoes, broccoli, peas
    T - wholemeal seeded bread, feta cheese, beetroot, tomatoes ,cucumber.

    Breakfast: 1 Belvita Biscuit, round of toast, glass of milk and cup of tea.

    Lunch: Ham & cheese panini with side salad, ready salted crisps, bottle of water

    Dinner: Lasagne, roasted potatoes and glass of diluted orange juice

    Cup of tea and chocolate bun

    Breakfast was porridge cooked in milk with banana .

    Lunch was baked potato and home made sausages.

    Dinner was Feta cheese salad stuffed into a pita bread.

    Had some fresh fruit over the day too.

    & few slices of Wiltshire ham
    A lemon and honey hot drink

    - Very Sunny but crisp air -
    Luckily Down another :) 1 lb ==== I'm Back down to ****1*.03 lbs :)


    Noon
    A WW's Hot pot
    On top of a Mega Salad ...with the works
    3 long stalks of celery
    4" julienned cucumber
    2 slim long carrots =sliced into coins
    2 big cherry tomatoes
    big wedge iceberg lettuce
    same amount of flat leaf parsley
    1/4 wedge of red onion
    Dressing
    Good squirt of Heinz salad cream
    equal amounts of red wine vinegar and water
    Tblspn sweet chilli sauce
    white pepper
    lots of fresh lemon juice
    and zest of lemon

    Later I intend to have...

    2 Morrison's fun sized apples
    A Clementine
    A WW's fruit yogurt

    Another BIG salad same as above...but with additional...
    whole yellow capsicum & some petit pois
    & a big dollop of houmous in the dressing

    A bowl of cereal with sultanas milk & sugar

    Carrots and houmous if still hungry... tonight

    several vegemite hot water drinks and some teas

    Breakfast - Shreddies.

    Dinner which I had at a lovely American/Italian place;
    Starter - Chilli and Tomato Soup with a side of Garlic Bread.
    Main - Spaghetti Bol.

    Then had a cup of tea with a caramel biscuit thing with chocolate on it, I hope I did enough walking to work off some of what I ate today lol!

    Breakfast: An English muffin and a banana

    Snack: 2 biscuits (a rich tea cream figure and Fox's Cream crunch)

    Lunch: Selection of sandwiches (had 7 quarters of different flavours), a few crisps and selection of fruit pieces (strawberries, grapes, melon) from Pret in an all day work meeting

    Snack: a satsuma

    Dinner: Oven baked chicken, chorizo, potatoes and red onion

    Snack: 3 miniature heroes

    I made that roast beef potato cake thing with cabbage and a poached egg off the sainsburys ad for my dinner. chicken and mushroom pot noodle for lunch. Will have some vanilla ice cream and strawberries shortly.

    breakfast..cereal raisins, chopped apple and red grapes and juice

    lunch..bacon, beans and sausages ( i piece of kingsmill 50/50 sliced bread ) and pineapple yogert

    tea..chopped strawberries, and finished off dairy free buttons :D

    2 big SERVINGS OF
    The other half of the Stalk = 25 Brussel sprouts
    Added to
    Some diced turnip peas runner beans cherry tomatoes with
    & Morrison's signature apple n onion stuffing
    with Minty horseradish yummy onion gravy

    Lastly at 11pm ...2 slices of toasted WW's bread with peanut butter & raspberry jam
    ===================================

    Today =Very Sunny but Cold Saturday = 11th January 2014
    Yay ..:)..I am DOWN Another 1 lb today = [****1* - 02 lbs ]:)


    12-25pm
    had a hot bowl of the last of the frozen peas turnips runnerbeans
    with 2 cherry tomatoes ,some thinly sliced carrot & some celery
    added to the veg ~All Microwaved
    & a Dressing ~using...
    1 tsp mint sauce - good squeeze of newly openned low fat Heinz Mayonnaise-
    & an equal smidges of red wine vinegar & water
    & a squeeze of lemon juice

    Sometime Later ..I intend to have ...
    A WW's Fish mash meal
    with huge salad with the works & Houmous also in the dressing
    a fun sized apple
    mandarin and WW's yoghurt
    carrots with houmous
    probably some cereal or toast

    more vegemite & some marmite hot drinks & some teas

    Dinner - Omelette, followed by a Lemon Greek Yogurt.

    Tea - Ham Sandwich with a Butterfly Cake.

    One and a half Digestives as a snack.

    Breakfast: fruit salad ( pear, apple, orange, grapes , pineapple chunks)

    Lunch: wholemeal bread and an omelette (didn't put any veg just egg and milk , with black pepper)

    Dinner: will be having chicken , mash , mix veg, sprouts , chinese leaf and cucumber.

    1 with 2 rashers of sizzled bacon houmous tomato and lettuce
    2 stacked with iceberg cuke parsley and houmous tomatoes red onion & Mayo
    a WW'S yogurt
    2 fun sized apples
    2 BIG bowls of Special K with sultanas
    2 handsful of almonds

    =============================

    Today = Sunday 12th January 2014 -Dull damp cold-

    1 hour on Field 2-30pm till 3-30pm
    with Doggies :kitty::kitty:
    & posted a letter
    Then got 100 foot leads tangled >:(>:(around a tree

    4pm
    not eaten anything so far today :) and still same weight :)
    OMG............ I couldn't stop eating last night

    Later I INTEND to have
    A WW's fish mash meal
    with a large salad & A Dressing

    1 or 2 fried egg and bacon toasties with WW's bread
    a fun sized apple
    carrots & houmous
    some almonds

    It is amazing I did not put on any extra weight :)
    Sometimes eating one thing ...just gets you interested in the next things
    and you know you are eating too much~and will undo some good work ...but the foodie - urge takes over :blush:>:(

    So far today ~I have ONLY eaten the fish mash meal with a very large salad
    I don't think It would easy for me .... to eat as little :o as you and some other posters here do
