Then = To Morrison's for stock up on mainly fruit n veg
Then = To Dobbie's to use one of January's Garden club hot drink Vouchers

Had a good wander around
Then had
A Bowl of yummy chips with 2 slices of bread & butter
added
2 vinegar /one tomato /2 salad cream sachets
with a 2 cup pot of tea with milk & sugar
Home unpacked in the dark and the rain
6pm
Had Morrison's 2 juicy clementines
& 2 gala sweet crispy and juicy kid's size apples
Then half a tin of cold butter beans
[ to try out my new style can opener ]
Later will probably have ...
A WW's Fruit yogurt
& maybe one or two carrots with houmous
Got some Vegemite ~today
as lately have begun having hot water drinks
~using vegemite & Marmite
to try and cut down on some calories
Breakfast: Porridge with blueberries and honey, cup of coffee
Mid-morning: Green Tea, almonds, couple of crackers
Lunch: Vegetable soup, crackers and peanut butter
Dinner: Lemon and coriander couscous with chicken and avocado
Snack: 3 fig rolls and a cup of herbal tea.
Today will be the same except prawn curry for dinner, and a colleague made a delicious sweet bread type thing and left two pieces on my desk - there went my diet!

2 slices of WW's brown bread

3 more of Morrison's 'Fun sized' yummy apples
& 2 of their Clementines

Last night [ Left FROZEN VEG to thaw overnight]
A FULL bag of Morrison's FROZEN
Cauliflower
Half a bag of their petit pois
half a bag of runner beans
half a bag of their diced turnip
1pm
Cooked and ATE Half a stalk of Fresh Brussel Sprouts
Had just cooked the thawed ^^^ Frozen veg
with half a red onion
5 cherry tomatoes
and a good sprinkle of dried sage and basil
1-15pm
Had a large bowl of that ^^^
~with a yummy brown onion gravy~
with added tomato relish & horseradish sauce
..and a fun sized apple
Later I intend to eat ...
The remainder of the veg with gravy
a yogurt and a salad with a red capsicum
more ham & 2 slices of WW's bread & salad cream
and the other half of the turnip carrot mash

A few carrots with houmous
with a salad = tomatoes cucumber parsley celery salad cream
& few slices of Wiltshire ham

4" julienned cucumber
2 slim long carrots =sliced into coins
2 big cherry tomatoes
big wedge iceberg lettuce
same amount of flat leaf parsley
1/4 wedge of red onion Dressing
Good squirt of Heinz salad cream
equal amounts of red wine vinegar and water
Tblspn sweet chilli sauce
white pepper
lots of fresh lemon juice
and zest of lemon

Another BIG salad same as above...but with additional...
whole yellow capsicum & some petit pois
& a big dollop of houmous in the dressing
Snack: 2 biscuits (a rich tea cream figure and Fox's Cream crunch)
Lunch: Selection of sandwiches (had 7 quarters of different flavours), a few crisps and selection of fruit pieces (strawberries, grapes, melon) from Pret in an all day work meeting
Snack: a satsuma
Dinner: Oven baked chicken, chorizo, potatoes and red onion
I made that roast beef potato cake thing with cabbage and a poached egg off the sainsburys ad for my dinner. chicken and mushroom pot noodle for lunch. Will have some vanilla ice cream and strawberries shortly.

It is amazing I did not put on any extra weight
Sometimes eating one thing ...just gets you interested in the next things
and you know you are eating too much~and will undo some good work ...but the foodie - urge takes over >:(
So far today ~I have ONLY eaten the fish mash meal with a very large salad
I don't think It would easy for me .... to eat as little as you and some other posters here do

Lunch: Quinoa and edamame bean salad with houmous from Pret A Manger. A banana
Dinner: 2 Venison sausages, 4 bitesize onion bhajis, homemade carrot and Swede mash

Lunch - A veggie wrap and small onion rings from Burger King
Snack - grapes
Dinner - Aunt Bessie veggie toad in the hole. And 4 Asda garlic & herb dough balls
Snack - Two champagne truffles
Lunch: Skipped lunch! Had a dentist appointment and spent my lunch break there...
Snack: sweet and spicy popcorn (Metcalfe's I think it was called?) and some dates
Dinner: Avocado salad. I ate too much of it :-/ with an orange and carrot juice.
"Snack": 4 apples, 1 carrot, 1/2 lemon and 1 courgette juice!

B - nothing
L - 1 egg cheese omelette , new potatoes, broccoli, peas
T - wholemeal seeded bread, feta cheese, beetroot, tomatoes ,cucumber.
Lunch: Ham & cheese panini with side salad, ready salted crisps, bottle of water
Dinner: Lasagne, roasted potatoes and glass of diluted orange juice
Cup of tea and chocolate bun
Lunch was baked potato and home made sausages.
Dinner was Feta cheese salad stuffed into a pita bread.
Had some fresh fruit over the day too.
