'Hanging on the telephone' someone who bought a telephone exchange.
I've always found this aspect amusing and it's one reason I've watched this show on and off over the past 3 or 4 years.
keep em coming

'Rip it up and start again' when there's a drastic renovation needed.
I always feel the auction room music seems a bit incongruous - it reminds me of the music in the nightclub scene in 'Blade'.
And when the bloke said his wife was pregnant we had Justin Bieber - Baby....
It was played more in the Last 8 minutes of the show.. in todays episode ( Wed 12 Jan),
(played on the last 8 minutes, 50 minutes- 57 minutes on iplayer)
It was a 80s Soul drum Beat, with trumpets in.
Here are more details. It was
-an instrumental beat, it had no words
-rock beat,
-like 80s sould
-Drum beat with trumpets.
What was that song? (watch it again on Iplayer if you have too lol)
who produced it?
Also, if you know what song it is, can you find this song on Youtube, and past 1-2 youtube urls of it
Thanks in advance
It's Level 42 Running in the family.
Love the fact that they play relevent songs also whoever picks the music is obviously an Elvis FAN.
On a mute point - I'm getting those black tiles that they put in the flat in Wembley today - very pleased with my choice, hope they look as good in my kitchen lol
One of the developers featured had 'improved' the garden by covering the whole thing with gravel. Shots of the end result were accompanied by 'Gravel Pit' by Wu-Tang Clan.
thats why i love this show.:D
genius.
Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts are great presenters.
the music is always so literal.
one of my favourites was "baby its cold outside"with a property with an outside loo.
"Somethin for your mind, your body and your soul!"
<cue the acid jazz music when Estate Agents walking towards the property >
