villains that have creeped you out

Silas really scared me when he first killed India he was a very creepy villain and is certainly one of the best.

Andy Holt in Hollyoaks
I remember being scared of Alan Bradley in Corrie as a kid too. Was glad when Rita trammed him.

I've felt unsettled before in the past from Eastenders villains such as Lucas who was just plain crazy in such a dark and horrifying fashion and from Tony and that guy Rob who both became fixated on using Whitney in the way that they did. Generally if there's something even slightly likeable about a villain such as Michael Moon I can't bring myself to be creeped out by them but those three I mentioned definitely stick out.

Emmerdale's Cameron was creepy. He was scary as hell.
Phelan in Coronation Street is a creep. The way he coerced Anna to sleep with him was horrible.
Michael in Eastenders was a right weirdo.

Cameron on ED during the flood scenes.
Sarah Lewis on Home and Away, she was very unpredictable and scary from the crystal meth she took. Ended up killing two people and then herself.

I didn't find Derek scary at all lol. I found his apparently evil glares/facial expressions laughable. He just tried too hard to come across as a man you wouldn't want to cross.

I'd agree with Trevor Morgan as many others have said, although it was a long time ago I remember that scene where Little Mo had her face pushed in her Xmas dinner very vividly, and found the character of Trevor quite intimidating.

I'd also say Stella Crawford. Her creepyness was just off the scale!

Yeah I didn't find Cameron creepy generally though I admit that scene did make me jump!
