Every time I get these people delivering an Amazon thing it's a bad experience.
They won't put anything through the letterbox, and they turn up when they feel like it so you are left waiting in all day for a DVD! (or let them bother a neighbour)
So what's the alternative to Amazon? Any good online all-purpose retailers who use Royal Mail for small items?
