Cindy. Show some emotion love. You're very monotonous.

Another excellent episode. Very heavy episode, I must add. I felt very sorry for Cindy...Ian is clearly at breaking point, it's just a matter of when he'll finally crack.

Good on Ian, she isn't even his daughter he owes her nothing.

No, but she HER sister has just died. She lives in Ian's care, she is a minor and is pregnant. So I don't think good on Ian, no.

The only thing missing from the Cindy scene was heavy rain.

That made me think of the scene when Roy threw Pat out.

    "FRAAAAAAANNNK!!!" :D

Little bit harsh, Lucy and Peter are her half siblings even if she has no connection to Ian she is still related to the twins and I am sure in her own way she loves/has loved both of them

Cindy is a bit of a cuckoo in the nest, none of them really know her, she is no connection to Ian at all other than she is half sister to two of his children, Bobby, Denise and Jane have only just met her and Peter and Lucy barely acknowledged her existence, and despite this she seems determined to cling on,

Good, she's mooched off the family. Gets room and board free.

"Mooched". She's 15, in school and pregnant. What do you expect her to do? Get a job?

She only lives in Ian's care because she refuses to leave.

I don't get it. Why is he always so mean to Cindy?

Because she's the daughter of the woman who killed him, broke his heart and sent him into a breakdown, completely unbiologically related to him and living under his roof.

Also, she's not Lucy and right now he probably can't stand it.

I actually think the relationship between Ian and Cindy is going to be the most interesting development of Lucy's death.

They kept cutting back to Denise's hands unwrapping the cheese.

Hmm, death by cheese? She's feeding the family the evidence?

From reading the upcoming spoilers I think this too.

Seemed like a pretty realistic potrayal of grief to me - uncomfortable, infuriating. Grief can show people at their very worst sometimes, and it really did with Ian tonight.

Thought Ben Hardy was excellent tonight; loved the references back to when Peter and Steven were taken by Cindy. Remember those episodes and Ian and co rushing over when Cindy had been tracked down.

EE really has upped it's game even more this week; loved the fact it was all set in the confines of the Beales house (ok barring the Cindy bit)... however another great episode :)

Hope the rankings continue to be high

Good episode, even if some of the writing was off. Lauren's reaction didn't make sense, she'd be an absolute wreck. I'd rather she had appeared tomorrow and kept tonight focused on the Beales.

Mimi Keene is excellent, hope she doesn't end up leaving permanently.

Another good episode and another good performance from Adam Woodyatt. One question tho, how many floors does the Beale house suppose to have? I ask as there was a staircase leading upstairs outside Lucys room so it wud appear there are 3 floors in the house, ground floor, first floor and second floor yet if u look outside theres only one floor!

Makes u wonder what is being hidden up there :o

The most brilliant and realistic depiction of grief and the aftermath of death I've ever seen on a soap.

    Absolutley brilliant and raw

If only every soap death had the same impact. This is precisely how death aftermath should be handled.

Dot's "I've been saying goodbye to children. They should be saying goodbye to me." Really hit me.

The silence for the first few minutes of the episode was also really heartbreaking and summed up the situation perfectly. All of these episodes have just felt so real.
