Honey Badger Mayhem on BBC2

Did anyone see the programme about the honey badgers? I couldn't believe how clever they were, trying to to get the honey and the amazing thought process as how to overcome their problem.
In another part of the programme there were two badgers that couldn't even have any privacy without the two scientists observing their behaviour. That was strange.

They showed a hyena in tonight's episode and the honey badgers did their thing and that was it, they were off.

    Masters of Mayhem.
Squirting whatever from an anal gland.
Interesting tale of the 'pet' badger breaking into the Lion enclosure to enforce it's supremacy, then coming off worse in a second attempt, 2 months in hospital.
Seems their technique is to go for the balls whenever possible and hang on or scratch the face.

Odd they don't seem as quick as Cats with the paws, but the must properly go for it, grabbing as much flesh as possible.

Overdosed on poison and passed out for a minute?

Who did the v/o? I need to watch it again. :D

Edit. I'm sorry if my comment sounded sarky - I really did find it funny.

I saw the clips on DS so I watched this on iPlayer. Those badgers are so smart and tough. I was laughing at how they outsmarted people.

Yep. These are the really nasty ones. They'll attack anything, even Rhinos.

I didn't know anything about Honey badgers and this programme was a revelation.
They are ferocious, brave, fearless and incredibly intelligent. I had recorded it and started to watch it thinking it wouldn't be that interesting so I could delete it but I was hooked after the first few minutes. Well worth watching
