NEED HELP WITH A Video Camera Connection

Hi guys… well here is my problem. I have a Video Camera which I would like to connect to my PC. However this does not have USB or Fire Wire port. The only available cables are the standard 2 coloured “Red, White and Yellow” cable which is used to connect to the TV or VCR. I was wondering is there any way of which this cable can be used to connect the Video Came to the PC. Whether any special PCI card can be bought which would offer this connection? Any help would be very much appreciated. :(
