HBO put out some decent shows

I see that Silicon Valley today has been renewed for a second season.

Now that a lot of the winter shows are coming to the end of their seasons I will need something to watching during the summer so it's either that or Sean Bean in Legends.

Anything with Sean Bean in is doomed.

    Morning :)

I had forgotten how much work puppies can cause, worse than human toddlers for finding things and more destructive.

Lousy tv tonight, I tried watching Jamaica Inn but poor sound and enunciation in gloomy settings with an awful lead actress mean I will not watch the next 2 parts.

I thought about Jamaica Inn but had not heard of a single actor taking part in it.

    Morning Tan :)

Too true, nothing is safe from her tiny teeth, my giving her a proper chewing toy when she finds something is not working.

The main cast have all been in something successful quite recently but they lost all acting ability in rehearsals.

    It did look gloomy.

Not something to watch after a vodka Easter.

Even without vodka it is not to be recommended, the BBC could have spent on much better drama.

I looked up Silicon Valley, do you fancy watching it sometime? There will be sunshine.

I can only find the first episode on FD in 720p but it doesn't take long to download.
    Thanks :)

The time predicted is varying between 22 and 27 mins, I have done a speedtest and 51.63 Mbps is the result. I wonder if I should start again.

Please do not bother, I decided against starting again as by the time I do, the original will have arrived, down to 13 mins now. :)

The episode is only 29 minutes long so we won't have to sit through much if it is awful.

For such a short show, it is taking almost a minute for each viewing minute to arrive. Past the halfway mark now, 485/805 MB.

    eta

    It has finished. :)

They may have recycled the set.

Green T shirt has a full stop missing from the end of HTML.

    They need name badges.

    :D I am less discriminating.
It has echoes of a film I watched on tv not long ago and the Amazon programme I watched earlier tonight.

Would you sell the idea or just 5%?

I have almost no interest in watching any more of this, unless I hear it becomes less nerdy boys playing around.

It isn't a show that I could imagine myself watching for years it is no 2 Broke Girls.
