I use whatever is on special offer at the supermarket (not the really cheap crap though) At the moment it's Head & Shoulders.

If there's an own-brand, cheapo head & shoulders rip-off (with suitably similar packaging) available, I tend to grab that.

What ever is on offer. When I was better off it was always Aussie mate stuff or Regis.

    Liz Earle.

It's not the cheapest but my word, what a difference it has made to my hair. I can honestly say that it's the best shampoo (and conditioner) that I've ever used and I've tried the lot.

I use whatever is on offer or the latest new one that's on offer.
After that I use any one available.
I've even used fairy liquid as a shampoo.

I change routine every so often as sometimes my hair seems to fall out with my shampoo / conditioner. Just now it's John Frieda for curly hair. Doesn't smell of much but leaves it nice and soft.

I use Faith in Nature shampoos, usually the lavender or rosemary one, I love natural smells :)
But for the last few days I've been using L'oreal Fiberology to thicken my hair up a bit, it's pretty good.

    Mister Sheen :(

Whilst I know what you're saying there (ie, you have no hair and you're sad about it) I do have to say that I once sprayed Mr Sheen on my hair by mistake, instead of hair spray - don't ask why because even now, many years later, I can't recall what led up to it. I know I was rushing like mad to get ready, is all. Anyway, my husband, who didn't know what I'd done because he was already at the do waiting for me, said my hair was beautiful, and had never looked so shiny and gorgeous. Haha no joke! He most certainly wasn't the type to give out compliments, and he couldn't stop looking at my hair all night, even after I'd told him what I'd stupidly done. I have to admit, it didn't look half bad at all. :D

(My hair was all one length and straight, so it didn't really need hair spray anyway, just for flyaway bits).

Well, nowadays, for shampoo I just use whatever's on offer.

I use an argan oil one I found in Savers. Only a quid. My hair is lovely with it.
