Grey's Anatomy...PLEASE HELP!!!! :-(

I've been series-linking the new series (8) of GA on my Sky+, or so I thought! It appears that the first two episodes have gone slightly haywire and are just blue screens, and the time doesn't pass by...so even when I'm fast-forwarding through, the counter doesn't change.
Is there a remedy? Or is there a place I can watch these episodes before I start crying??? :cry: Thank you........

    Tried that...it's only got episodes 6, 7 and 8...I need ep1and2.

    Sometimes when I record something and it goes Blue Screen, I unplug the box and remove the satellite connection for about 2 minutes, plug it all in again and then try playing the recordings again 95% of the time this works.
