What happens at 11am on the Tuesday, does Philip just walk off the set of This Morning, and get replaced with Mr Pieman or something

What happens between 3.25 and 6 am - does Philip have what the Americans call a ''comfort break'' ?

I'm surprised they haven't filmed a special scene of Corrie. Perhaps Mary wins a competition with the prize being Philip Schofield stays around your house/caravan for the night (god help him)?

I don't believe it'll happen for real. I think even when Chris Moyles set a new world record for staying on the radio he had periodic naps which made a mockery of the whole thing.

Still, I wish Phillip Schofield all the best.

No, that's just the person Schofield is seemingly seen as by the powers that be that be at ITV.

It's hard not to turn smug when you're surrounded by sycophants and 'yes' men.

I wish him all the best.

I did my own marathon broadcast earlier this year and it wasn't easy. But that was just on the radio!!

I've never been able to understand the hate for the Schofe on here. I've always found him a perfectly fine broadcaster compared to others on TV nowadays.

This Text Santa marathon would have been a lot worse if it had had someone like Stephen Mulhern or Keith Lemon doing it!
